Ilan is a licensed realtor and general contractor in both the US and Israel. Passionate about property, Ilan is trilingual and specializes in finding and fixing properties with potential.

Hannah, also a licensed general contractor, graduated from Oxford and worked in the UK and US before moving to Israel and co-establishing IPC. She directs design, marketing, property management and client relations.
